This picture depicts a room in the old folk's home. the man is most probably teaching the old folks on the procedure for washing their hands clean. Some elderly are just looking around at the other elderly doing those actions with the man, which also shows that they do not know what is going on. teaching the elderly on how to wash their hands properly is very important as this can prevent the spreading of diseases
