Can one improve English?

What i think is yes..from what i know,there are some people whom score f9 for english and eventually score a1. most importantly,is working hard and having the right attitude to learn.yes attitude makes 100% thus its very important.
we can imporve english be speaking more english,having tuition,and of corse reading.All these can enhance our knowledge thus i really encourage it.however,by speaking english,we must really speak proper english and not singlish.thus,I conclude that one can impore english by having the right attitude.

Z's best friend was Y. but was seriously hurt when y just delibrately diatribe that she doesn't like her because of her attitude. y doesnt want to be z's friend anymore as she has her own ilk.
how could she be so mean!
ok.after that incident she just could not expunged my memory.
i conjected that maybe it's just that z have neglated her. As exams are round the corner.
Anyway z' coerceing herself to forget her..

I'm proud to say that this is my first post for my english journal.
today was quiet a boring day in school.
was super restless during the last lesson.

tml having training.
so to enchance my energy got to sleep early!

PS: hope i'm prepared for tomorrow english compo!
